City Market Rewards Program

Early in 2014, City Market replaced their City Market CARES program with City Market Community Rewards program. City Market dedicates $400,000 a year to assist local charitable organizations and USJSAR is one of those organizations. The amount of grant money USJSAR receives depends upon the percentage of spending as it relates to the total spending of all the participating City Market Community Rewards organizations. Each participant must re-enroll for the Community Rewards program:

  1. Go to this web page.
  2. If you've already setup a City Market account jump to step 6.
  3. Click the orange "Register" button in the upper right
  4. Enter your eMail address, a password, and select a store
  5. Click the "Create Account" button
  6. Sign in to your (new) account
  7. Click the orange "My Account" button in the upper right
  8. Click the "Edit" button under "Value Card" and enter your City Market Loyal Card number and last name, then click "Save"
  9. If you get a message that your Card Number and Name do not match, call 866-221-4141 (CityMarket Customer Service) and they can correct the problem. Your last name is probably spelled wrong in their records.
  10. At the bottom of the page, click the "Edit" button under "Community Rewards", then enter "10846 (our Organization Number) and press "Search"
  11. Click the radio button in front of "Upper San Juan Search and Rescue", then the "Enroll" button
  12. Your done! Thanks for helping to fund USJSAR.
